About Us
Pempek Flamboyant is a Palembang-style food business that has been in operation since 1993. It began as a small home-based business and has since grown into a company with five branches located throughout Palembang.
The name "Flamboyant" comes from Jalan Flamboyant, where our business first became known to the public. Over time, the name has become a strong brand identity that sets us apart from other pempek producers. The unique flavor of our pempek lies in the combination of high-quality fresh fish and the perfect amount of sago, resulting in a chewy yet tender texture.
In 2000, we opened our first branch in the Plaju area. To date, Pempek Flamboyant has expanded to five locations: Opi Mall, Plaju Assegaf, Radial, Celentang, and Social Market, allowing customers from all over Palembang to enjoy our products with ease and convenience.
